2010 SPRING BAND TRIPS
Symphonic Band and Concert Band!
The Concert and Symphonic bands will have the
opportunity to participate in a voluntary
trip to Orlando, FL April 29 – May 2, 2010.
THIS DATE WILL COINCIDE WITH THE 8TH GRADE TEAM
TRIPS! So your student will have to
decide which trip he/she will go on if your family
plans to participate in any trip.
While in Orlando the band members will participate
in the Disney “You’re Instrumental” workshop, as
well as visit the various parks! The estimated cost
of this trip will be $455 per person and will
include most meals, hotel, security guards, park
entrance, transportation, and workshop fees. The
trip will be open to the first 100 Concert/Symphonic
members that turn in a $75 holding deposit. The
remainder of the trip payments will be divided into
3 payments, and the students will be given the
opportunity to subsidize their costs through fund
raising opportunities.
