Email is a vital component of the communication between the RSMS Band and parents.  Notes home from teachers often end up on the hallway floors or crumpled in the backpacks, rather than actually getting home to Mom and Dad!  So we are asking every family to complete the following form which will be compiled into a band database for band use only. If you have more than one student in band, please go ahead and fill out the TOP portion of the form for EACH student (you will need to re-start the form for each student), but you only need to complete the bottom section once.  Please PROOFREAD your information (especially the email addresses) to be sure there are no typos.  THANK YOU!
